Day 1: Luodong ~ Meihua Lake ~ Tiansongpi ~ Yilan City, about 45km
Route: Luodong Train Station → Luodong Sports Park → Luodong Creek Bikeway → Meihua Lake → Annong Creek Bald Cypress → Tiensongpi Train Station → Annong Creek Bikeway → Lanyang Bridge → Yilan City
09:00 AM Gather at Luodong Train Station, where a professional bicycle guide will review bicycle riding safety with everyone. After receiving bicycles, the group will ride towards “Meihua Lake,” one of Lanyang’s eighteen scenic spots, and ride the picturesque “Meihua Lake Circular Bikeway.” Next, we will ride along the Annong Creek bikeway, heading towards “Tiensongpi Train Station,” built during the Japanese colonial period. Along the way, you can see rice fields, silver willow fields, and distant mountain views paired with tranquil village scenery, providing a pure and simple pastoral landscape. The leisurely ride along the cool and comfortable Annong Creek is accompanied by the sounds of insects and birds, making it a truly captivating experience. In the evening, accommodation will be at a hotel near the famous “Dongmen Night Market” in Yilan City. You can freely visit Dongmen Night Market in the evening to explore and enjoy Yilan’s unique local snacks.

Day 2: Yilan City ~ Seaside Bikeway ~ Dongshan River Bikeway ~ Su’ao, about 45km
Route: Yilan City ~ Yilan Seaside Bikeway ~ Donggang Banyan Tree Park ~ Lanyang River Estuary ~ Dongshan River Bikeway ~ Dongshan Train Station ~ Su’ao Train Station
After enjoying a delicious buffet breakfast at the hotel, we will first head along country roads to the “Yilan Seaside Bikeway” and head toward Su’ao. At the “Lanyang River Estuary,” we will gaze at the clouds in the sky, watch the fishing boats head out to sea, and admire the distant Guishan Island (Turtle Island). Riding along the seaside bikeway, you will enjoy the sea breeze and listen to the sound of the waves, which will surely refresh your mind and spirit. We will then turn to the “Dongshan River Bikeway” along the Dongshan River, heading to the “Dongshan Train Station,” known as the most beautiful train station in Yilan, with various Lanyang landscapes in view along the way. Finally, we will travel along country paths to the endpoint of our journey, “Su’ao Train Station,” completing the nearly 100 km itinerary over two days.

9. Special notes
- The hotel is listed in the itinerary or replaced by a hotel of the same grade. Some hotels do not provide personal items. For environmental reasons, please bring your own personal items.
- If you plan to use your own bicycle, we recommended to use a road bicycle with at least 16-speeds or a mountain bike with at least 24-speeds (we recommend to replace it with road-specific tires), and please bring your own inner tubes and simple consumables (brake pads, etc.)
- This is a high intensity bicycle ride. Therefore, it may not suitable for patients with chronic diseases (such as high blood pressure, cardiovascular disease, heart disease, diabetes, epilepsy, asthma, etc.). People with the above diseases should consult their physician to see if they are suitable to participate.
- In the event of insufficient enrollment, the travel agency reserves the right to cancel or change the itinerary and will refund the registration fee paid by participants.
