In nature’s classroom, guided by professional instructors, you can enjoy a rich and exciting cycling life while learning in the midst of mountains and rivers.
Activity Highlights:
⇒ Cycling Experience: Driving is too fast, and walking is too slow. Use your legs to personally experience the beauty of Taiwan’s urban and rural areas. We arrange professional cycling guides to lead you through the beautiful East Rift Valley of Taiwan and explore the Pacific coast in the safest and most professional manner.
⇒ Geological Exploration: Taiwan Island, uplifted by the compression of the Philippine Sea Plate against the Eurasian Plate. How did the plates collide, and when did it happen? Many questions can be answered at the Yuli Bike Path in Yuli, where the Yuli Bridge spans the Xiuguluan River. It’s a witness to the miracle of the Eurasian Plate compression, located at the junction of the Philippine and Eurasian plates, making it an important geological site.
⇒ Learn and Explore Taiwan: From flying in the sky, crawling on the ground, to swimming in the water, these are our learning and exploration focuses. Led by experts and teachers, travel throughout Taiwan and delve into the natural treasures, experiencing them firsthand.

7. Planned Route
第一日: 台北-花蓮-光復，花蓮太平洋海景，約50km
路線：花蓮→南濱公園（自行車道）→台11丙線→萬榮→光復糖廠→密境-大農大富平地森公園→原路折返→光復糖廠，約50公里
自行搭乘火車前往花蓮(建議搭乘 472 自強號 08:40 台北火車站開車，11:00 抵達花蓮火車站)。午餐後，由專業單車領隊教授所有學員自行車騎乘安全知識，領取單車後由專業單車領騎帶領前往南濱公園騎乘海濱自行車道，隨後沿台11丙線騎乘前往曾是日據時代宿舍的光復糖廠日式宿舍旅館住宿，並品嚐美味的【光復糖廠冰品】，結束約50公里的騎乘。
※建議訂定上午11:00抵達花蓮火車站之472自強號前往花蓮市。

第二日: 花蓮市-瑞穗，踩踏大川匯聚的豐饒，約75km
上午：光復～舊鐵道自行車道～瑞穗～193線道～玉富自行車道～玉里，約40公里
下午：玉里～花東密境「卓富公路」～池上～伯朗大道，約35公里
早上於酒店享用早餐後，沿森林中的小徑來到【大榮大富平地森林園區】觀賞美麗的花海美景，隨後將循單車騎乘193線道，沿途將騎乘於滿穗金黃的稻田、阿勃勒艷夏黃金雨、小葉欖仁林蔭大道，觸目所及皆是美景。隨後將造訪【玉富自行車道】，見證【歐亞板塊】擠壓的奇蹟。午餐將品嚐玉里有名的【玉里麵】。餐後將沿花東密境【卓富公路】南行，踩踏於中央山脈東麓的鄉間小路，不用與汽車爭道，獨享金黃稻浪、花海與山勢美景，沿途地勢平緩，秀姑巒溪水系在丘陵間蜿蜒流過，形成了各種不同的聚落與自然景致，斷續相銜的田野間，交錯著層層疊疊的梯田，阡陌相連的平坦水田，春夏季節有滿眼的翠綠，秋冬則呈現遍地的金黃油菜花與雪白野芒。結束約65公里的騎乘之後，將抵達池上著名景點【金城武樹】、【伯朗大道】、【天堂之路】等，晚上將住宿於池上的酒店並享用當地風味料理。

第三日: 成功-台東市，碧海藍天兜風行，約55km
上午：池上～197線道～寶華大橋～鹿野～綠色隧道～二層坪水橋～鹿野，約30公里
下午：鹿野～巒山～197線道～利吉惡地～卑南大圳～台東市，約25公里
本日用完早餐後，將沿濱海公路前進台東，首先抵達【八嗡嗡自行車道】享受太平洋的徐徐微風及美麗的海景，接著前往享用【東河肉包】，接著將會前往【水往上流】、【小野柳風景區】等景點參訪，午餐將於漁港享用海鮮料理。酒店用完早餐後，單車騎乘東台灣密境路線197線道前往台東著名的【綠色隧道】及【二層坪水橋】，一訪紅白仿古磚的水橋蜿蜒在田間並一探花東最美的田野風光，午餐將於鹿野享用當地風味料理。午餐後，將繼續沿197線道前往台東市區，沿途將經過【利吉惡地】、【卑南大圳】等景點，及台東著名的黑森林自行車道抵達台東火車站結束三日共計180公里的花東行程。
※建議回程訂定17:47的441次自強號之後的火車。
※本社亦可代訂臺東市商圈旁的「台東富野渡假酒店」，晚上可至【台東觀光夜市】享用享用台東風味小吃。

9. Special notes
- The hotel is listed in the itinerary or replaced by a hotel of the same grade. Some hotels do not provide personal items. For environmental reasons, please bring your own personal items.
- If you plan to use your own bicycle, we recommended to use a road bicycle with at least 16-speeds or a mountain bike with at least 24-speeds (we recommend to replace it with road-specific tires), and please bring your own inner tubes and simple consumables (brake pads, etc.)
- This is a high intensity bicycle ride. Therefore, it may not suitable for patients with chronic diseases (such as high blood pressure, cardiovascular disease, heart disease, diabetes, epilepsy, asthma, etc.). People with the above diseases should consult their physician to see if they are suitable to participate.
- In the event of insufficient enrollment, the travel agency reserves the right to cancel or change the itinerary and will refund the registration fee paid by participants.
